About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp pumpkin purée

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or coconut sugar syrup

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • ¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice

  • ¼ cup unsweetened oat milk (cold + frothed)

  • ½ cup chilled brewed tea (rooibos or chai works beautifully)

  • Garnish: Sprinkle of cinnamon, star anise, or dried orange slice

Preparation

  • In a shaker or jar, mix pumpkin purée, maple, vanilla, and spice until smooth.

  • Add chilled tea and shake or stir well.

  • Froth oat milk and pour over the top for a creamy float.

  • Serve over ice with a sprinkle of spice and garnishes.
