Ingredients
1 ripe pear (roasted with cinnamon + honey for 20 min at 375°F)
1 tsp fresh grated ginger
Juice of ½ lemon
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp maple syrup
¾ cup sparkling mineral water or ginger beer
Garnish: Thyme sprig, pear slice, or candied ginger
Preparation
Blend the roasted pear with lemon juice, vanilla, ginger, and cinnamon until smooth.
Strain if needed. Pour into a glass over ice.
Top with sparkling water or ginger beer.
Garnish with thyme and a thin pear slice.
