Ingredients
½ cup cranberry juice (100% juice, no sugar added)
¼ cup orange juice (fresh-squeezed if possible)
1 tbsp pomegranate molasses or maple syrup
2 cinnamon sticks
2 star anise
3–4 fresh orange slices
¼ cup pomegranate seeds
Top with sparkling water or kombucha (ginger or apple flavor is ideal)
Optional: Add a splash of non-alcoholic red wine or grape juice for depth
Garnish: Sugared rim + orange peel twist
Preparation
In a jar or pitcher, combine juices, molasses, cinnamon, and star anise. Let steep for 10–15 mins.
Add orange slices and pomegranate seeds. Chill.
Pour into glasses and top with sparkling water or kombucha.
Garnish and serve with intention.
