About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • ½ cup cranberry juice (100% juice, no sugar added)

  • ¼ cup orange juice (fresh-squeezed if possible)

  • 1 tbsp pomegranate molasses or maple syrup

  • 2 cinnamon sticks

  • 2 star anise

  • 3–4 fresh orange slices

  • ¼ cup pomegranate seeds

  • Top with sparkling water or kombucha (ginger or apple flavor is ideal)

  • Optional: Add a splash of non-alcoholic red wine or grape juice for depth

  • Garnish: Sugared rim + orange peel twist

Preparation

  • In a jar or pitcher, combine juices, molasses, cinnamon, and star anise. Let steep for 10–15 mins.

  • Add orange slices and pomegranate seeds. Chill.

  • Pour into glasses and top with sparkling water or kombucha.

  • Garnish and serve with intention.
